In a news and information emergency the best thing you can do is to protect yourself from news and information.
For example the news and information conspiracy supports a global hoax which was and still is coronavirus. Coronavirus is in fact ethnic cleansing and it is still in effect together with other ethnic cleansing strategies.
The news and information conspiracy for coronavirus was also a fear campaign which scared people into wearing coronavirus masks more than restrictions required and encouraged people to exercise while wearing coronavirus masks. People breathing their own Carbon Dioxide while exercising and for long periods of time, led to carbon intoxication, dry cough, impaired thinking, dizziness, feinting, accidents, muscle fatigue, lack of energy and heart attacks.
Coronavirus is anything the conspiracy behind it wants to be, but before anything else it is ethnic cleansing, a global medical & political conspiracy used in every nation to gain access to peoples bodies, keep people in fear and believing in a central government whose leaders and administrators are being judged by God.
Believing that coronavirus was a global epidemic a percentage of people died during this ethnic cleansing purge while getting vaccinated in 1st vaccine. Of those who survived the 1st vaccine, a percentage of them did not survive the 2nd vaccine. Of those who survived the 1st and the 2nd vaccine, a percentage of them did not survive the 3rd. In this ethnic cleansing people also died as medical experiments.
Ethnic cleansing is done by war, civil war and clandestinely in peacetime by medical conspiracies which require medical hoaxes and peoples trust of government news and information to keep operations going.
Problems were anticipated by the World Crown which started its first emergency service for the World Health Organization in 2017/2018. The first W.H.O. service is simply called Public Health Emergency Services in spanish, but can be translated into any language. This first agency now links to W.H.O. agencies in Spanish & English which were created as a special response to corornvirus ethnic cleansing. What is a news and information emergency service.?
A news and information emergency service is a fairly new invention about 12, years old. A news and information emergency service service informs the general public that a news and information emergency is in effect.
Mass media, political news and general information continue in state of emergency. Health information, educational information, scientific information, religious information, organizational information, political information, business information, investment information, economy information, legislation (laws) and governments are affected.
If news & information are in state of emergency, this means it is best not to take news and information to seriously. It means being conservative with your money and looking for some kind of spiritual solution to reduced your anxiety. Resting is also known to reduce anxiety.

Television is no longer the friend it used to be, so make sure to look at your TV like a villain which is trying to influence you. Depending where you live radio also regurgitates news.

General Alert: Depending what country you live in expect telecommunications are always in play by a global conspiracy always in decline.
In Mexico people now dial 10 digits for everything, even local calls. In Mexico, people simply have to add their area code, but it is a hassle.
The goals of the global conspiracy in telecommunications, even while it is in decline, is to to make it work for an “English Socialism” which will fade away like a bad dream and replaced by a real world authority. If any company in our world changes area codes and telephone numbers without giving notice, that is not a good sign. People and businesses should be given notice of at least 1 – 2 years advance in writing and a good reason before changing their phone numbers or area codes. This is because it is not necessary to make abrupt changes to telephones. If that ever happens, it is not a good sign. Anything done to hurt our lives, is without permission of the World Crown which is working to bring terrorists and tyrants to justice.

If you are dependent on Supermarkets or any kind of store to supply you with water and your personal hygiene and cleaning supplies you are a sitting duck for hygiene terrorism.
Depending where you live and how large your family is it is good to keep 10 or more five gallon water bottles filled with fresh water in the event of a water emergency. Emergency cleaning supplies can be stocked up and kept up.
It is good to keep toilet paper if for any reason water stops flowing. But if water is good, you can use a water hose to be super clean.
A bidet is a bowl or receptacle designed to be sat upon in order to wash a person’s private areas. Shaped like a toilet a bidet takes up more space in a bathroom, and is not as efficient as a manual hose such as that featured just below.
In countries where people can’t find deluxe luxury items a hose can be set up using materials which can be purchased in a local hardware store

Commentary
If we know anything is that the judgment of God is not like the movie about Noah’s Ark or even the Ten Commandments 1956 where it takes about three hours then it is over. In every judgment of God a conspiracy is judged. Conspiracies take time to judge in order to give those at the lower levels a chance to repent. In a judgment of God, the conspiracy is judged usually starting from the top and works its way down. However, a more practical way to look it is that the judgment of God brings to justice the world’s most dangerous people and ideologies, those which local, federal, national and organizational law enforcement are unable to bring to justice.
